Sheri is ah-mazing! I met her at one of my lowest points from being married to someone with addiction. She genuinely cares about you. She helped me learn about myself and how to overcome obstacles in my life. I also love that she is not ‘text book’. Sheri listens and provides tools that fit you. I am a better version of myself because of her and can’t thank her enough for the impact she has had on my life.
This location/ office management is severely lacking. Showed up for a scheduled intake appointment with no one to be found and no one answered the posted phone number to help me find out where my appointment with Sheri was.
Worst experience ever with billing. It’s been over a year now and I’m still waiting on my refund. They outsource the billing piece “oh it could take up to 6 months to get your refund” it’s been well over a year. After emailing numerous times, still no resolution and now they are not responding at all.
