Embrace Pelvic health was recommended to me by my Doula to prepare my body for The birth of my First child. Dr. Allen provides a safe comforting and supportive environment to help you with your needs. She is a strong communicator and empathetic care provider. Although my birth plan changed a week before my baby was due the preparation for the birth, eased my worry and gave me tools to prepare my self mentally and physically for his arrival. That is a priceless gift and I would highly recommend embrace pelvic health.
Julianna has been an absolute lifesaver for me postpartum. Through dealing with severe symphysis pubis dysfunction and a slew of issues as a result, Julianna’s care has been critical to my recovery. She’s extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and has an intuitive approach that really took my treatments to the next level. Cannot recommend enough!
