I’m on a work cover claim for the past 6-8 months, not to complain but they haven’t been the best. IYKYK. Thank God! for Elissa with her genuine care, sound knowledge and guidance including the wonderful front counter staff persistence. If it weren’t for them, I don’t think I’d have the mobility and support needed to navigate through this journey thus far. They are awesome!!
