This pelvic floor physical therapy practice has been such a game changer for my breathing, pelvic floor tension, stress, and digestion! I truly cannot emphasize how effective their methods have been for me. On top of that, the two physical therapists who run this practice are so kind and encouraging. Don’t go anywhere else!
I’m not even sure where to start because I’m honestly in shock. I’ve had a long battle with chronic constipation ever since I had a resection 10 years ago. I’ve had my gastro make suggestions, the typical ones. Like, eat more fiber and drink more water. The same advice you would get from anyone on the street. Not what you’d expect from an educated doctor. And if it didn’t work, then they would put you on stimulants. Well nothing was working for me. Most caring and compassionate people
I am happy to report that my experience with Embrace Health PT for pelvic floor strengthening and bladder control, was successful. I give them 5 stars hands down. Haley was professional and very knowledgeable. We went through many exercises and I have the material and knowledge to continue strengthening on my own. I highly recommend them to females and males who are finding the need for more bladder control . We must take care of ourselves as we age and there is help out there
I saw Christine and had an amazing experience. She is extremely informative and provides you with many resources at your first appointment and really takes her time. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and heard. I look forward to seeing her regularly during and after my pregnancy!
