The very first impression by the greeter was a positive one right off the bat. The place was nicely decorated and it looked like the begining of fun Halloween decor. Then our customer service representative was awesome in that he knew immediately what our needs were and sold us exactly what we wanted. He was extremely pleasant and we left with smiles!
