Fabulous gym - amazing facilities. Lots of natural light, floor to ceiling windows, clean showers, drinking water taps - hot cold sparkling and of course incredible personal trainers I train with Red who is iconic - kicks my ass most days but so worth it. He is one of the silent types which is a necessary quality in a trainer. The focus is on working out not chatting. Strongly recommend this as your go to gym. Agreed it’s a bit expensive but you can’t put a price on good health.

A gem in Vauxhall. I have come here for years. It's a really lovely welcoming space. I love the tea lounge and the caudalie products. Bruce and staff are always so friendly. The yoga and pilates classes are superb and there are often deals and offers on that really appeal to me. I also had a massage recently and it was excellent, I can't wait to have another very soon.
Amazing tranquil atmosphere. Massage by Elaine was brilliant. Professionalism at its best. I will definitely be returning. Premises was spotless. Thank you for a calming experience.
