I keep returning because Jess is a true healer—her deep knowledge of massage, Reiki, and breathwork allows her to create a session that is both deeply restorative and personalized every single time. I always leave feeling completely rejuvenated and would highly recommend Embody Well Studio to anyone seeking genuine well-being.
I've been seeing Jessica for monthly massages for over a year now and have only had good experiences. She's always been personable, welcoming, and genuine and she has a knack for knowing how to balance gentle and firm pressure. She's collaborative (always asks what I want to work on, how my body is feeling before she starts) and has made helpful recommendations for strengthening and supporting my body between massages.
Jess is absolutely incredible and one of the best practitioners I have ever been to! I have had lots of trouble with my shoulder and knees from sports injuries and she has helped aleviate that pain. She truely listens to your needs and can target your problem spots with just a touch. I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. If you need a massage, she's your girl!!
I've been coming here for several months and finally got membership because Jessica's massages are just that good! Recently I came in with pretty bad sciatica pain as well as an old injury that was flaring up in my shoulder. Jessica worked these areas and I walked out feeling 100% better. I'm so thankful for her skill and technique - she provides deep massage to really relieve tension and pain. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
