In a world where everything is overstimulating and rushed, Embody provides a wonderful retreat for my children to practice calmness and focus on learning how to self care. My children, ages 5 and 11, wake up excited to attend both the kid yoga classes as well as the special events that they regularly offer. The yoga classes compliment their sports schedules and help them be more flexible and focused. Sophia is a wonderful human. She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She gives incredible massages that not only help relieve my back pain but also create a sense of calm. Her studio is clean, beautifully decorated, and inviting! Her and Melissa lead great yoga classes as well (both adults and children!). Highly recommend Embody!
