The retreat in Mexico was a magical and transformative experience. It was masterfully crafted by Alison and the juxtaposition of desert and ocean lended itself to healing in so many ways. Along with the nutritious meals, yoga, journaling, dance and warm, open sharing circles, I was able to drop in and peel back an additional layer of trauma. I wish I could return every year and highly recommend it to any women wanting to connect, heal, and grow!

I give a five star review for Alison and her work as a therapist and mentor. I will be attending the Mexico trip for a third time. Alison holds the space for all woman to be authentic, creative and brave. Going on these spiritual retreats has provided me an opportunity to make dear friends and I cherish the experience.

Transformative and Nurturing - Alison's Dancing in Community class was full of life! Her intuitive, nurturing nature creates such a safe, caring space. As someone new to movement classes and women's circles, I was surprised how comfortable I felt sharing my heart.
