I met Alison when I attended one of her in person retreats a number of years ago. She was a blessing then and a blessing now! I have been doing yoga with Alison for about three years. I continue to find support and encouragement from her as I recover form a back injury. Alison's ability to listen to my needs and modify our sessions has helped me to gain strength and confidence in myself. Her kind and gentle presence offer a space for challenge and acceptance to flourish.
Alison holds such a sacred space for women to deeply connect with themselves, while feeling the support and compassion of other women beside them.
