Jessica and Daniella are great! Jessica helped me successfully use physio to recover from nerve pain in my back, hips, and shoulder. She's great at creating a safe, comfortable place for growth and healing! Daniela is a great RMT who can really get into deep tissue. She is also a lovely conversationalist, an important quality for someone you will regularly spend an hour with!
I just had a deep tissue massage from Martina and it was excellent. She really focused on the areas with the most tension and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling so much more relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a professional and effective massage.
Went for accupuncture and also received a Chinese massage (I didn’t realize they would do this but loved it). My service provider was amazing and the treatment helped my head and neck pain greatly. I’d highly recommend!! Also kind staff, lots of appointment availability, direct billing - can’t go wrong.
Fantastic service by Daniela. Really appreciated how thorough and accommodating she was. Deep tissue Massage was fantastic. Completely satisfied and happy with my experience here.
