I try to get a lymphatic massage every month, I have been to a few places and found Jo to be the best she is amazing at it and knows what she is doing.
Jo has the ability to completely relax you and gently massage all your tight muscles away. Total bliss.
Jo is an incredibly talented masseuse and very in tune. I get a lot of benefits and only wish I could be more consistent about my visits.
Amazing experience with Jo. I was pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable Jo is and whilst i came to focus on one particular area, Jo was able to identify and cater to multiple problem areas. Jo not only resolved my issues but also suggested a number of exercises which would help to address the problem areas on an ongoing basis. Jo is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She works magic on the body and has an incredible sense for how it works and finding/removing unexpected areas of tension. She has a passion for what she does and has spent her lifetime learning and becoming a master in understanding the body. I’ve seen her prenatal, postnatal and for proactive tension management.
