I truly enjoyed my time spent at Embodi Health and Wellness! The tranquil atmosphere and personal treatment was amazing. Once I left I really felt rejuvenated! This is definitely a self care experience I’m adding to my monthly routine!!
Very nice atmosphere, I felt very comfortable and Dr. Janz really cares about her patients health and wellbeing. She educated me about the products and benefits of the supplements. I would definitely be visiting again.

I had an amazing and caring experience here! Thank you! I couldn’t work for a week and I put my trust into them for the first time. I was treated with total respect, kindness, and compassion. I wanted to do cartwheels afterwards! I fully recommend this place if you are struggling with hydration and/or nutrition. They will take wonderful care of you! You will feel like you’re the best person ever - during treatment and afterwards! I highly recommend!
Got an IV with Dr. Janze at the top of this year as I was recovering from pneumonia and needed to get ready for a job interview. She went above and beyond to take care of me and get me into a better place. She was quick to schedule a consultation with me and get me in the next day. So grateful for a boutique, luxury experience. Far from those bland franchise places that don’t care about you. Cannot wait to return when I’m back in Durham!
