This is a place for healing, just as the infrared penetrates the body the people of Embod (members and teams) are a balm for the soul. It is a place where my brain encourages me to show up, even on my lowest of days. I always leave feeling better. Came for the roll, stayed for the vibes ✨ When I tell you this place gives me life, I’m not giving it enough credit. The physical recovery benefits speak for themselves but the girls there 🥹 human sunshine that soothes your soul. Thank you 🩷
I had a great session this morning on the rollers, Hayley was amazing and her instructions were clear and so helpful, Em and Rachel and all the staff are friendly and the space is incredible couldnt recommend Embod enough! Will definitely be back!
