I was a member of Catholic credit union since I was 16 and switched to embers when they took over. I have never once been over drafted or anything bad with this bank for the past six years. I asked for a 5000 dollar personal loan and was denied even with a credit over 650. I'm now going to move to a better bank that is going to grant me this loan and embers can kiss my you know what. I will never do business with this bank again.

The staff in this branch is always so kind and willing to help!!! Always smiles when I go there and when I leave : )
I am very disappointed in my experiences with Embers. I never get an email or phone call back and the communication is lacking, nor do they act like they care to help me. There is one employee that I would highly recommend and it is Meagan Johnson. She is amazing and the only person who has actually helped me with any of my financial needs.
