The staff in this branch is always so kind and willing to help!!! Always smiles when I go there and when I leave : )
I am very disappointed in my experiences with Embers. I never get an email or phone call back and the communication is lacking, nor do they act like they care to help me. There is one employee that I would highly recommend and it is Meagan Johnson. She is amazing and the only person who has actually helped me with any of my financial needs.
