Ember is a beautiful wellness space that supports the healing of mind, body, and soul. The sauna and salt lounge combination are the perfect reset and a must-have resource for optimal health. The studio space makes for a unique gathering space for retreats, sound healings, workshops, and group fitness. This is such a valuable resource for our community!
Ember Wellness is a sanctuary. From the sauna experience to the salt room and red light therapy. I enjoy my services each time and look forward to the relaxing experience. I have also enjoyed the classes and events! Ember also has a thoughtfully curated selection of products in the retail area. Thank you for creating this beautiful space and community!
Ember is my all-time favorite go-to for infrared sauna and cooling therapy. Once I finish my session, I grab a delicious meal and head back to work. I find that after a session, I experience a burst of energy in the afternoon!
