Great shop. I agree with reviews here. None of the spin and arrogance of so many audiophil-quality shops, maximum blend of real intellect and common sense, and a ton of really useful info from Chris you can remember, refer to, and use for years. Just wish he were closer to Raleigh! Beyond helping me audition, demo, select and install my two channel listening amp, speakers and server 3 years ago, he has advised, and helped me source if he did have it himself, sub and acoustic treatment additions as my own knowledge has grown.... read more
Chris made me feel right at home and he is a wealth of knowledge. I have always been a 5.1 surround sound guy. That is what I was going in the store for. Chris sat down and asked questions like where you were sitting, how big the TV was, whether there were any other devices, and how big is the room, hardwood, or carpet. He takes the time to build you, your perfect setup. Chris gave me 3 different options in my price range. I picked 1 of them and have been happy ever since.
