I feel so strange making this review because the stylists were so kind and the atmosphere is nice.. but I've visited twice, two different stylists, and left confused both times. The first, I booked an appointment asking to go from grown out blonde highlights on dirty blonde hair to purple, I know it's a bold color but she didn't tell me until halfway through the appointment that they didn't have purple and I should buy a colored shampoo product to achieve purple.. Called day before to make an appointment for a manicure for myself And a pedicure for myself and my friend at the same time,.. "Specifically Requested" Same time for pedicures. Arrived the next day For my manicure, which was scheduled 1 hour before the pedicures.
