Horrible customer service. We ordered and paid for a double sided senior sign for my daughter. They only did 1 side and didn’t offer to try to do the other before the first day of school. Told us to pick the sign up bring it by and they would fix it. That was a week ago! I called yesterday and was told no one had started on it bc the store front needed to be rearranged over the weekend. Guess since we’ve already paid we aren’t customers they’re concerned with anymore.
Great experience all around. I made an online purchase and the Local pick up code wasn’t working. They refunded me shipping immediately. Order was ready fast! Great communication. Great service. Highly recommend!

I apologize for my earlier review you guys did try to get in contact with me but with having 2 little guys who like to play with my phone all day long I was unaware. Issues were resolved and I will be doing business with embellish boutique in the future �
Best lil shop around....amazing products with great deals on a regular basis. They have a lot of great things at this one stop shop...if you haven't been there you definitely need to check it out in store and online!! Awesome owner and employees as well!!
