This shop placed an order for our products almost 9 months ago. They never paid for the goods. I called numerous times and left messages, but they then stopped accepting calls from my number. An employee said they knew they owed us, and would pass it on to the owner. Totally unprofessional business. Based on other reviews, my opinion is accurate.
This place is amazing! They are always so nice and try to accommodate as much as possible. If something comes up they call you right away and offer suggestions! The way businesses used to be!

Had a wonderful experience. Got my items back in a timely manner and great quality of work. The owner was so nice, we will continue to go with embellish for any embroidery we need done in the future.
