They paint a pretty picture of their so-called "care" at the Logan, Ohio facility. A good friend of mine is there, post-surgery to remove her frostbitten toes. Some of the nurses have started some nasty gossip which implicates both of us in the usage of illegal drugs. The food was all but inedible in 2017 when my husband was there. It still is. I would NOT reccommend anyone stay there for any reason.

This is in response to the "Emily Rutherford's review" on Google. I am the dad, and therefore Emily's grandpa. I read her review and was so disappointed at what she wrote. She gets her information by FaceTime with her dad and through her mom and sister. Their physical visits are very limited as well. Their communication with husband or dad is mostly on FaceTime. I am sure they think Facetime is the same as physical visits. My son's communication skills are limited. He often gets yes or no questions confused and then becomes ... read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My dad who had a stroke is in this facility. He cannot use his right arm or leg. So is pretty bound to his bed. He had aphasia and cannot speak. He has been abused at this facility multiple times. And he does not get the proper care that is needed. After months of fighting for him to get hot water in his room, he finally has it. My wife is now a resident in the memory care unit. I think her care is excellent and the staff is totally dedicated to the residents care. The facility is kept extremely clean with services going on all day and every day.
