I witnessed the administrator of this facility, of all people, reprimanding an employee in the middle of the entry hallway loud enough that I could hear the conversation, as could other staff members/residents walking by, and directly in front of the front desk worker. When the conversation was over, the employee walked away in tears. Definitely not a conversation to be had out in the open like that for any and everyone to hear. It should have happened in a closed office. HIGHLY unprofessional on the administrator’s part.

As a local business that prides itself on supporting families and their loved ones in their final stages of life, we have always gone above and beyond to provide the best care and service possible. If you want to know what a place is like, ask a patient. That is what I am and have been here almost 3 months. I had to have my left leg amputated above the knee. I was diabetic and didn't know it. I was at another care facility in Philadelphia and they were not giving me the care I needed as requested by my surgeon. They were changing my bandages daily.
