The front of office staff do not answer or return calls or emails. Paula in the business office as well as Kelly in admissions. I'm starting to question the billing of my family at this point. I'm am trying to get my family out asap. They literally are refusing. Lying. Not submitting papers to the state. Nursing care is a different aid and nurse all the time. Most of them are temps. The TEAM at Embassy of Euclid are extremely personable and compassionate! I have always had excellent interactions with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. I have referred several residents to them who all stated they were cared for well. Great job Team Embassy of Euclid😉
This is literally the worst place to work, and to send your family members to the DON and the ADON, and human resourceTrina are all very unprofessional and ghetto I’m talking they curse alot, maintenance is horrible. Just look at the pictures I posted & there was barely have no wash cloths this place is so nasty I really didn’t want to eat while I was working here or even use the bathroom the aids told me they don’t give showers & it just seem like they have bedbugs. 1 GATEWAY Drive Euclid OHIO under the fourth or fifth owner in 8 months very bad and unreliable staff, 🐭 traps everywhere and lack of control by staff (who uses their keys to unlawfully enter residents room but neglect their assigned jobs! I use to work here last year in the family house it stays clean of course I was a housekeeper but the worker gossip way to much about everybody business they don’t really care fr the residents they just send them to the nursing home in the back and let them die slowly smh the family house is cool but the nursing home part need to be shut down and put them old ppl somewhere else cuz nobodies gonna make it out of there alive even though a nursing home is for ppl to live their last days but goin there u won’t have many last da... read more
