This place was awful. Food was terrible. They feed patients baloney sandwiches and call it a meal. The so called “therapy department “ didn’t do any kind of helpful therapy for my spouse. Call lights would go unanswered for over 30 minutes. Patient was lucky to get a shower once a week. They were very short staffed. Nurses were nasty to patients. The cleaning people should try cleaning the smelly bathrooms. Do not put your loved one at The Embassy of Cambridge.
My mother was in this facility for two years and was a long term patient on Hospice. The facility was just “ok” at first. The environment is dim and unwelcoming overall, with a significant stench of urine that will hit you in the face as you enter. With the recent Covid situation, the facility obviously limited people coming in, including Hospice. This was the major turning point in my mother’s care.
