💯 worst place to work! Falsifying of clinical documents, Nursing Administration & corporate bully, lie, target staff & residents! No regard to the rights of the residents! HR just as corrupt!! Please love your family member enough NOT to place them there!!!

This place was awful. Food was terrible. They feed patients baloney sandwiches and call it a meal.   The so called “therapy department “ didn’t do any kind of helpful therapy for my spouse. Call lights would go unanswered for over 30 minutes.  Patient was lucky to get a shower once a week.  They were very short staffed. Nurses were nasty to patients.  The cleaning people should try cleaning the smelly bathrooms.  Do not put your loved one at The Embassy of Cambridge.

Stay away from this place. The staff is only there to collect a paycheck. They don’t care about your loved one! When asking for basic needs they are neglected and never come back. Most times you can find them in an empty room on their phones! Admin isn’t any better. When requesting information they say they’ll have to look into it but never do! If I could give 0 stars I would.

My mother was in this facility for two years and was a long term patient on Hospice. The facility was just “ok” at first. The environment is dim and unwelcoming overall, with a significant stench of urine that will hit you in the face as you enter. With the recent Covid situation, the facility obviously limited people coming in, including Hospice. This was the major turning point in my mother’s care. We have pathetic experience as staffing supplier. Embassy healthcare has not paid us amount against pending invoices from last 6 months. They don't respond to phone calls and emails and gave fake promises. Don't trust them and they make fool of people.
