The only thing I would say is that employees should be aware it’s not polite to make the clients feel they should have to explain when withdrawing large amounts of money what it’s for. One employee asked if I was buying something and that she wish she could take out money of that amount, but something about the cost of the dentist for her kids came up. It’s awkward! I withdrew and closed the account to join another bank across the street. It was uncomfortable.
Love the personal service this bank provides.
Justen and his entire team at the Macungie branch are excellent! Very helpful in maintaining not only our personal accounts but also our business accounts for our Association. Outstanding communication and customer service. Highly recommend this bank branch to everyone.
