I don’t know what’s going on at Embarc as a whole, but the staff has low morale or something going on because last month I went to the Embarc (ordered ahead through the website), to pick up in San Bruno, and before payment, I stayed in the pick up line longer than the regular line customers that had higher priority. (New policy? No, just bad management and cranky employees.) Stopped in as a first time customer and was really happy with the prices and the quality of bud I selected. The budtender was really knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this spot
