I’m not a person that makes reviews but this one I feel like it’s heavy on my heart to make. I switched from the Hillsboro Emass location to the Union one when I did a home plan switch. I think God works in mysterious ways because the staff including Dena and Briana were amazing. The 17+ months I spent weekly reporting I mostly had dena and When I say, she treated me like a human with the upmost respect instead of like just another person. They lie and tell the courts where you been even tho u wasn't ever there now I have a warrant out for my arrest they don't know how to just call and ask hey where u at bc it says u by the person u can't be around but nooo lets lie on my name and make sure even tho he showed up every time they needed me to he did and every time we asked to pay he did but naw if I could leave a -9,999,999,999 review I would they suck
Don't trust them to pay you back in a timely manner. 4 months later and I am still trying to get my refund.
