Saya datang hari selasa kul 5.20pm 7/7/2026 hanya satu staff yg serve so service sngat slow. And the staff perempuan sangat rude macam tak ikhlas nak amik order. Please train your staff better about costumer service
the staff doing their work is very slow i wait for 40 minute for a corn rice just because the worker forgot to take out from the microwave..he even not apologize.... and some of the staff is very rude... please choose a good workers next time
all i can say, service no good, ask about promo and voucher, dan dan la habis la pastu banyak borak je dengan kawan. lepastu meja agak messy and melekit. i think the upper management need to revise back in hiring staffs, saya tengok rata-rata review outlet semua 2 stars je. atleast give then basic knowledge how to handle work etiquette and basic customer service.
staff emart upm ni memang rude ke.. nak campak campak bagai kalau nak cancel.. manager tolong yaa .. staff name : muhammad ikhwan bin zaid.. tak payah nak kerja lah kalau baran. orang lain pun penat juga lollll . amik tindakan or else i viral kan !!!
