Worse Emart ever. I ordered online and clearly requested a spoon and fork, but they never include it—every single time. Unlike other Emart, this one just keeps ignoring simple requests.
went there on 28/5. it was very crowded, yet there was only one staff member working. how is one person supposed to handle the counter and pack all the orders at the same time? thw staff on duty was Nurul Aiman. i felt sorry for her because she had to work alone while there were many customers, which caused the orders to be delayed.
Tutup jela emart ni, waktu peak hours, pekerja sorg (perempuan kurus) je nk urus semua. pelanggan ramai, kerja slow, muka ketat, tinggi suara pulak tu kat customer. Ni terakhir ak gi emart sini.
Order through grab. Order samyang carbonara, tapi dapat samyang stew instead. Order tomyum bowl XL, tapi dapat tteokbokki pulak. Dua2 order salah. Buat kerja mcm mana ni??
