3 kali order by SF and then 2 kali staff emart cancel WITHOUT CALL OR TEXT before proceed cancellation . should be the staff kena alert dengan stock if dah OOS or memang tak suka buat yang rumit bila sampai masa nak tutup tab for online order .

Makanan semua sedap especially cupbap bulgogi beef but can you pls make the portion constant. Everytime I go mesti portion kejap sikit kejap banyak and hope the staff there can be more friendly. So far I go just only one male staff je yang friendly

makanan okay, staff tak friendly, yang staff lelaki okay, ada sorang staff perempuan ni kerek gila 😅 saya datang pukul 10 malam 3/1/2026, tak nampak nama staff tu. senyum pun macam nak taknak 😅 saya pun kerja fnb penat juga tapi dengan customer be proffesional la jangan nak ikut mood kau je kak 😅 lagu pula pasang terlalu kuat, macam nak halau saya keluar dari kedai pula sedangkan bukan tutup lagi, ada lagi 1 jam sebelum tutup 😅

The coffee here is good but yesterday it was a rip off, a cappuccino only about 2/3 full. When i held the cup it was very light, took off the lid and showed to the barista, she said it was from the machine... Trying to tell me that nothing she could do. How about telling the manager to fix the issue so that other customers would get what they pay for. This is 2nd time it happened, first time at other branch.
