Tak tahu kenapa, tapi diorang ni selalu silap ambil order. Dah repeat banyak kali pun, set ke ala carte ke, masih confuse mana satu. Maybe manager atau supervisor kena bagi proper training dekat staff sebab nampak macam kurang clear masa ambil order. By the way, ni dah kali kedua saya kena macam ni 🤭

aku order delivery ..order ice dengan mineral...takde mineral takde ke ice takde??? boleh bagitau kot apa yg takde boleh mention so aku boleh reorder ni tak main cancel je mmg dah tak boleh nak respect dh la order before pon cancel ni 3rd time aku nak ice je kot apa yg SUSAH!!!

1st time dtg nk try..1 oder signature choc ,tp staf tkan double choc .tp bt signature je,bile tny staf salah tekan ,dia ckp oh ye salah takpela saya tambah choc .ok takpe lagi..2 nk oder aiskrim cone habis ,strawbery habis..ok takpe amik vanilla,harga d kaunter promo every sunday 2.50..tapi staf tekan harga norma 3.90 ..bile tanye 2 2 staf bt2 tak tahu kami tekan je ..lepas tu ap function letak papan promo ,kalau harga biasa ?
