A staff named Athirah is behaving very unprofessionally during working hours, not only she was doing barely anything to help the 2 other staffs to prepare in the kitchen, she was also busy complaining in front of us customers because of our orders. This experience has made me uncomfortable and I believe this does not reflect the standard of service expected. I hope this matter can be looked into, and appropriate action can be taken to prevent it from happening.

I went there to buy food, but unfortunately the staff were playing music too loudly, to the point that it was difficult to have a conversation or even hear properly. On top of that, the staff were laughing very loudly, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. I hope the management can take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. 4-5 staff main game time operations hour depan kaunter. Nak kena tanya dulu kedai bukak ke tak itu pon diorng masih gelak2 depan muka i and tangan still main game lagi sambil amik order i. Selamat berbuka puasa kepada adik2 yang bekerja sangat keras ye bulan puasa ni.
