Visit Yr branch 2 days ago 24th. My daughter wanted to buy tteokbokki for take away. After almost 15 minutes queuing just for one customer infron of me, I was told by staff to come back after 30 minutes because need to cook
im a local resident customer & very frequently visit this branch. worse branch ever visit! senior female staff/probably in charge very Unfriendly,... consider such of rude! (probably lach of commonsense), service counter dammed slow (service 2-3 customers taking more than half hrs), opening for business many occasions late & worse that ice cream unavailable very early due to cleaning in progress! do you have specific last order time for the ice cream?? please check your cctv & monitor them closely!

The best Emart branch I've visited so far, mainly because of the staff. They are always polite, attentive, and very helpful. I enjoy shopping here because of their excellent attitude and customer service. The only downside is that some items are frequently out of stock whenever I visit. Other than that, it's a great place to shop.
