I usually really enjoy the food here, but the quality can be pretty hit-or-miss. I love the cheesy tteokbokki, but half the time it comes out hard to chew and has a bit of a weird aftertaste. I've noticed the exact same problem with the drinks. If you guys could just tighten up the quality control before sending orders out, it would make a huge difference in customer satisfaction.
