Ana was absolutely phenomenal and oh so personal and nurturing during my 60 minute full body massage. As a new nursing mom travelling here from the states she allowed my body to fully relax and recover! I plan on having another massage before our long travels back and I cannot wait. :)
This was one of the best remedial massage experiences I have had! The techniques and pressure were perfect, combining stretching into the treatment was amazing. Would def recommend Ana.
I had an excellent massage with Ana yesterday. I was feeling quite sore after racing, and she immediately knew exactly where to focus. Her technique was spot on — firm where needed and incredibly effective at releasing the tight areas. I walked in feeling stiff and walked out feeling so much better. Highly recommend Ana if you need someone who really masters her art!
