Sound needs some work. The speakers are loud but garbled and not crisp or clear. There is also too much bass and highs are missing. I really had a hard time hearing a lot of dialogue. The music and background sounds drown out everything else. It's like the sound isn't tuned properly. I've been to a lot of movie theaters, and never had such a hard time hearing what was going on. This place is kind of a hot mess right now. Seems like there is lack of communication with staff and a need for some training. A lot of the menu items still aren’t available despite calling ahead and asking what items are available. The food we ordered was average but not badly priced. There was an exit door at the front of the theater right by the screen that was fully closed but didn’t have a proper seal, so sunlight was shining in the whole time and it was pretty distracting. Mmmm meh They should put out some signs exposing how ordering and tickets work. Had to ask a dozen questions because nothing was explained to us. They had to bring my hot wings to my seat because they had to cook them, but why were they cold and served with even colder ranch lol. The sprinklers outside were broken flooding the sidewalk. The seats weren't the most comfortable movie seats I've sat in but they weren't the worst. The buttons on my seat were either broken or disconnected lol but I couldn't use them either way.
