Ordered Waffle Sweet potato fries to be delivered to our seats. After 40 minutes into the movie we never received them. My husband had to go get them. When we received them they were cold as if they were just sitting there and over cooked. We complained to the Lead Eric and was advised that they were perfectly cooked and we got up too fast to get our food, Instead of either offering to remake them or refund he proceeded to explain why it was our fault and not over cooked.
