Very friendly service
The guy is so nice and respectful. If you have appointment and get there before your appointment, he will still see you. He explains the fees and everything. This spot is in the corner but worth going and it’s never crowded plus it’s clean
I needed a live scan as part of a volunteer application and EMA was the required vendor. This was a little difficult given my work schedule/commute, however, I arranged to leave work early and spoke to Matthew to book a same-day 4:45PM appointment (they close at 5PM--very gracious). I thought giving myself over an hour to get to Long Beach from Irvine at rush hour would be sufficient, but that proved delusional.
