Visited this place to get my eyebrows done, and left with a permanent reminder of why mapping is a thing. She doesn’t bother with any specific measurements beforehand, it’s all free hand, which I guess adds a bit of mystery to the whole experience. Naive me, went along with it because I was repetitively told to “trust the process”, apparently, the process includes permanent asymmetry. Now I carry Skye’s art of uneven eyebrows with me every day. After reading the negative reviews, I didn't know what to expect. I was given a 60 minute recharge massage and facial voucher for Elysium and I used my voucher today. My therapist, Samara, was amazing. Her manner was warm and welcoming and her service was professional and very relaxing. The spiral staircase was fine and the music during massage was relaxing and being such a hot day ( above 30 degrees), the massage room was cool and relaxing. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I went with my partner for a 60-minute relaxation massage, but the experience was anything but relaxing. In the middle of the session, one of the masseuses started laughing. I initially thought they were crying and turned to check, only to see them holding back laughter. When questioned, they casually mentioned that the other masseuse had made funny faces or had a funny face—completely unprofessional behavior. I had an absolutely awful experience at this so-called “day spa.” From the moment I walked in, I was horrified by the lack of cleanliness. The floors were dirty, the towels looked questionable, and there was a general feeling of neglect throughout the premises. It did not feel like a place that prioritizes hygiene, which is the bare minimum for a spa. The massage itself was just as bad. I highly recommend Samara. Every time I see her I always leave feeling so relaxed. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to what I want. My skin has never looked better.
