Welcoming and knowledgeable clinic. Melissa is incredibly kind—she always greets you with a warm smile and makes the entire experience feel calm and relaxing. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of here, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!
It is unethical. It is a trap.There is no cancelation appointment option even you call one month before.They are charging it as cancelation fee and you can not get it from your insurance. The best massage I’ve ever had. I was able to take a last‑minute cancellation to help my shoulders relax, and my RMT, Camille "Charlie", did a wonderful job. I left feeling so much better and will definitely book again!
I had an amazing experience—one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Brooke was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I needed the most work. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly great massage!
I had the pleasure of having Brooke as my massage therapist for the better half of a year. She was always courteous, friendly and overall great to be around during my appointments. Definitely recommend going with here for all your massaging needs. Makenna was always fantastic, kind and would easily work around my appointments if something came up. Could not recommend enough to go to Elysian Wellness Centre.
