Do not honor their word. Had a hold put on a bicycle, they said they would hold it till I got paid at the end of the month, they sold it anyways.
Will be taking my bike here for any future repairs or upgrades. The guys were awesome. I walked in with my bike needing just a new chain but they said they were pretty busy with a wait time of a couple weeks. I offered to just buy the chain and a chain tool to see if I could do it myself and they ended up just taking the bike they were working on off of the stand and throwing mine up there and threw me a new chain on right there.
