Sadly, I did not have the best experience. Started out great for the first few months but as time went on, tasks for which I am paying them to do didn’t get done (and still didn’t when i left after 2 tax seasons) - causing some bigger issue for both of us later in time. I can see that they get really caught in the weeds (aka: drowning in work) so much that they are not able to adequately respond to emails and reasonably deliver for clients.
