I accepted a shift at this facility as a RN. After accepting that I would be responsible for two assignments, providing care on two halls, and finishing the charting I was called by an off site manager I had never met and told to go home because staff thought I was 'messed up', I haven't drank alcohol in 8 years. I won't be returning to Elwood Indiana for the rest of my life because of this experience.
