A fantastic bike with fantastic customer service! From the moment I decided I wanted to buy a bike from Elves SJ was so helpful and quick to respond. I needed the bike quite quickly and she helped me with what was in stock etc. I got the bike less than 3 weeks later! I have the Falath 2025 model and it’s stiff, aero and responsive, truly a dream to ride. I’m so happy with it. I would recommend Elves to everyone!
Very happy with my Elves frame. Built up with zero issues and have had no problems since. Have since built another for a mate and had the same experience with it. Great value for money. S.J. and the UK team are always available to help with any queries. Great looking and performing bikes with unbelievable value for money and great customer service. What's not to like??
Firstly the bike, wow, fast, comfortable, custom paint at a amazing price, but most importantly and one of the main reasons I went with Elves was the customer service which has been incredible from start to finish!! SJ and Simon were brilliant through the whole process answering questions within minutes of me asking them, I would recommend anyone thinking of a new bike to check them out!!
I've had my Elves Falath Evo for over a year now and have ridden many 1000s of km without issues. I have raced it in a number of triathlons, winning my age group a couple of times. The bike rides very well, holding speed well on the flats, giving the expensive Triathlon bikes I pass a run for their money :) The ordering process was straightforward, though lead times were longer than some. I got in contact with SJ and Simon when I was looking for a new bike. I had a vision for how I wanted my bike to look and they helped med through the whole process! Such lovely people even met me at the train station and helped me demolish the bike so I could fly home with it thank you so so much! And over to the bike, I have never felt faster, more comfortable or more fashionable on a bike before. Definitely a high quality bike that will be with me for many years
