The very definition of hell !! Words cannot express the depth of my disgust . A wash , consists of a wet tepid flannel, no water or shower gel ! Upon speaking to staff to challenge this , the response was ‘ this does not happen ‘ My friend has full capacity and is thoroughly miserable there…. Other residents regularly walk into her room, take her clothes out of the drawer , drink out of her glass and try to get into her bed. This is obviously no fault of the poor resident, but where are the staff supervising her ? The call b... read more
