Had an absolute wonderful experience shopping here today! I am wheelchair bound and the gentleman working quickly opened the door for me. I told him my price point and what I was looking for in a vape, in addition to all the issues with different vapes I've tried over the past year. He pulled down a vape and said he wanted me to try it before I purchased. He said he wanted to make sure I was knew what I was buying. This is true customer service. It was my 1sy time and he had a customer for life.
Worked with the manager directly. He was extremely kind, and had the store opened early that day, gave me discounts, let me know what days they have the discounts, and had patience in helping me find what I wanted. Prices are also good without discounts. Good place for vape and kratom.
Elusive vape has a wide selection and a variety of name brands to choose from, the customer service is wonderful and they will help you find exactly what you need plus stuff you didn’t know you need! 10/10 experience highly recommended, top smoke shop in the Renton area.
