Our school district partnered with eLuma this year to provide speech therapy. It has been a horrible experience with a very unprofessional company. Service started a month late. Therapist no showed several times without any type of notification. When she does show up for the zoom session is 10min late but doesn’t make up the time. We have only received services less than 30% of time and no make up sessions.
eLuma has been a great company at which to work. They truly care about serving students, and they model a positive, encouraging attitude.
Eluma is always evolving and up to date with the latest technology. It is supportive of its staff and therapists. A great team to be a part of.
Never worked for a better company. We are all in it for the right reason. It's great to be part of a culture that believes in the same values.
