Just wanted to give another quick review and shoutout to one of the RMTs named Sophia. Sophia is always welcoming and makes each session feel cozy! She has a great personality, and it's almost as if time flies. When she says, “Oh, time's up,” I feel a bit sad, as the session has been so calming and relaxing. Nice enough. Very small reception area with 4 chairs close to front desk. Busy with people coming and going. Easy booking and checkin process on site. Direct billing massage.
I've seen a few different RMTs at Elu Wellness, and they've all been excellent. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Reception staff are efficient, friendly, and quick to respond when booking or making changes. Overall, a great experience every time.
Carmen Joya is very good at her work and I will definitely come back for her!!! Was suffering from neck pain and headache but she nailed it!
