I arrived 15 minutes early, but there was a delay because the receptionist had entered my Sun Life number incorrectly and could not locate my profile. I helped correct this, but as a result my massage started 5 minutes late. In addition, the therapist spoke for nearly 10 minutes during the session and finished about 5 minutes earlier than scheduled.
