Extremely pleased and surprised by the results obtained bt David Eltringham and his persistent assistant, Harold Torres. I slipped on water in an Amtrack train and tore my rotator cuff. Initially they stated that they do not take Federal cases, as is Amtrack. But, after hearing my story they decided to take the chance of investing a lot of time on a case that may not be very successful for either of us.
