I really enjoyed Damyanti’s group meditation classes over a period of years. The sound therapy with the healing bowls is just fantastic, and in combination with group discussion is a very effective way to maximise the benefits of the meditation. Recommend highly.
I have been doing the 21 Aums with Damyanti most mornings for over a year. I find it is a beautiful way to start the day. It helps me to stay focused, calm and balanced. The vibrating energy from the chanting radiates out into the entire universe which is such a fulfilling experience. Thank you.
