Great selection and service
Very Disappointed with this company. I purchased a floor model dining table and paid $4,100. The table was delivered with a huge crack in it. The crack is 22cm long. I have been dealing with their customer service team for over a week. They have not offered a refund or a replacement. They would like to send an inspector to the home to inspect the crack as it may be "the natural beauty of wood". What BS. This is my first experience with them, and it has been very unpleasant. I came here for lunch with a friend while visiting Toronto and this lunch we had was incredible! The appetizers, salads, wine, it all blew me away. Beautiful store to as well!
