Good product selection and knowledgeable and helpful staff
We’ve been long-time Elte customers and visited on Friday, January 2nd to browse for bedside tables for myself and a large rug and coffee table for my parents. My sister, an adult and accomplished professional, lightly touched a furry polyester blanket on display, and a staff member (older, short woman with short red hair) abruptly said, “We charge for touching.” I raised it with the manager, but the comment had already completely ruined our time there.
